Jonilee Rossi is founder and president of CQ Personnel, a professional placement firm in Boston. Founded in 1987, the company specializes in the recruitment and placement of administrative personnel and offers both direct hire and temporary services. In 1992, Jonilee founded MacPherson Group to handle the growing need for legal professionals including lawyers, paralegals, researchers, and support staff. As a former job developer for CETA (Comprehensive Employment Training Act) Jonilee became SOMWBA certified and continues to assist minorities and women find jobs and succeed at reaching their goals. Jonilee also supports a number of causes in the Boston area that help children and young people.
